Privacy and cookie policy

This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of any difference.
This policy explains how Portlink handles personal data when you visit useportlink.com and when you talk to us. Our rule is simple: collect only what is needed, for a clear purpose, and nothing more.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Portlink, trade name of 63.889.710 Paulo Roberto Brasileiro de Souza Neto, Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 63.889.710/0001-34, based in Paulínia, SP. For any privacy matter, reach us on WhatsApp +55 (19) 97163-2377.
What we collect and why
When you just browse
The site has no sign-up and no form that stores data on our server. For security, the hosting company records technical connection data (internet address, browser, requested page and time). These records keep the site online and protected against abuse, and are deleted automatically by the host.
When you use the pre-qualification, the configurator or the demos
The answers you pick (your profile, what you sell, where you serve, the materials you already have, your niche and the features you choose) are used only on your device to build the estimate and the WhatsApp message. Nothing is sent to Portlink until you tap send and confirm it inside WhatsApp.
When you talk to us on WhatsApp
We receive what you send us: your name and WhatsApp number, your Instagram handle and information about your business. We use it to reply, prepare a proposal and, if you hire us, deliver the service. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract at your request (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, LGPD, Law 13,709/2018, art. 7, V). We keep the conversation while it is useful for the service and, if there is a contract, for the period the law requires for tax and contract records.
Analytics and advertising, only with your permission
If you allow it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to count visits and clicks, and the Meta Pixel to show Portlink to people who have visited the site. None of these tools loads before you answer. We never send your name, phone number, Instagram handle or message text to analytics. The legal basis is your consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time.

Declining works across the whole site: you browse normally, with no contact with Google or Meta.
Who we share data with
- Site hosting (Vercel): technical access records.
- WhatsApp (Meta): the conversation you start happens on their platform, under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Google and Meta: browsing data, only if you allow analytics or advertising.
These providers may store data outside Brazil. Transfers follow the cases allowed by the LGPD (art. 33), with providers that adopt data protection contract clauses. We do not sell personal data.
Pages Portlink builds for clients
On the pages Portlink builds for its clients, the client decides about their visitors' data. The client is the controller; Portlink acts as processor, following the client's instructions and the contract.
Your rights
You can ask, at any time and free of charge, for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information on who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent (LGPD, art. 18). Just ask on WhatsApp +55 (19) 97163-2377. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The site only works over a secure connection (HTTPS), with security headers and without storing personal data on the server. Data that does not exist cannot leak, which is why we collect the minimum.
Children and teenagers
The site and services are meant for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. If a change involves a new analytics tool, we will ask for your permission again.
